A weblog written by the Keeper of Tickets, webmaster of the Chronicles of George. Feel the love. Fear the banality.

Who are you?
Who are you?
I'm a walrus.

Most know me as the Keeper of Tickets. In February of 2001, I started a website called The Chronicles of George, which featured a few helpdesk tickets written by an extremely silly person named George. If you want the details about the site's content, go there and read it for yourself.

The Chronicles were rather well received. In response to a flood of e-mail, I added more tickets. I was soon forced to relocate from my humble Southwestern Bell DSL web space to dedicated hosting, originally provided gratis by Dan at md-sites. Unfortunately, after nary a month on md-sites, it became obvious that the Chronicles was too popular for its own good--we were pushing up against md-sites' 8Gb/mo bandwidth cap. My inbox was overflowing with positive e-mail, and I didn't want to take the Chronicles down, so with the help of a cool guy named Bob we relocated again near the middle of 2001 to North American Networks. NANC is equipped to handle the Chronicles' bandwidth needs without any difficulty, and will probably remain the Chronicles' permanent home (as far as web sites HAVE permanent homes).

So, who the hell am I?

I am a late-twentysomething. I am a college graduate. I am married. Currently I am a system administrator with a huge national aerospace company. I live and work and play in and around Houston, TX. My brother was in the United States Army and was killed in action in Mosul, Iraq, in December 2003.

E-mail is the best way to get in touch with me. I also am active in the Chronicles of George discussion forums.
