08/15/2005 Archived Entry: "Drunken debauchery"

Holy cow. Four gin and tonics and two shots of vodka into the evening, and I am flying. Currently, we are hosting Sig & Sunbeam, as well as the F&SN Critic and his wife, and we are about a quarter-way through "Wizard People, Dear REader" (thanks, Nick Burns!!). Good Lord, this thing is ten thousand times funnier when you're in the company of friends and also rather drunk. My fingers are tingling and it's hard to type. w00t.

As the F&SN Critic said, "Laughter is a social activity." Fuck, I am smashed. My head is moving all on its own. Dude. It's like my noggin is on a gimbal or something--it's all moving on its own. I took my socks off because the carpet feels all tingly on my feet. Dizzy. wooooooooooooooooooooo.
