There are currently five general moderators who preside over the Chronicles of George, and here they are, in order of seniority!

Signal9
--
Sig hails from Washington state, where he reigns as King of the Lizardpeople in a vast underground cavern. His hoardes of Lizard minions bring him shiny gifts and wonderfully tasty bug-morsels, and he holds the lives of millions in his scaled palm. When cornered or threatened, Signal9 will hiss and expand his neck-shroud, and can spit poision up to ninety feet in any direction.

Idlewild
--
Idle was one of the Muses of Olympus, until a freak accident involving a bucket of over-ripe peaches and the goddess Hera resulted in her banishment to the mortal realm. Ever the optimist, Idle took up the challenge of living as a human, although she sometimes dreams of returning to the sun-lit Olympian heights. Such dreams are often banished when she looks at her mortal husband, who rather resembles Aragorn. This is enough to keep any red-blooded woman happy.

OzBob
--
After serving for four thousand centuries as a torturer in the bowels of Hades, OzBob decided he wanted to move on to a career that offered more of a growth-oriented business environment, but still made use of his existing skill-set. He now works for an ISP, and incidentally owns the big iron and the pipes that keep the CoG, and these forums, working. Although he long ago traded in his hell-whip for a telephone and pager, he sometimes dreams of scourging all those who dare walk through his door.

Hasufin
--
Though he appears human, Hasufin is actually an amorphous cloud of sentient plasma, marooned on here Earth when, during a botanical research expedition, his starship was forced to leave without him. Hasufin has seen the movie "E.T." more times than any other living entity, and finds it startlingly ironic. Most of Hasufin's free time is spent attempting to build a space-displacement device out of a Speak-N-Math that will return him to his home galaxy of Mxxymrxfry.

TheSilverBrumby
--
TSB began life as an orphaned cinder-girl, under the care of her wicked step-mother and two vile step-sisters in a small, idyllic country hamlet. She was mistreated and made to sleep inside a breadbox every night, and forced to eat chicken bones. All this changed when she became a teenager--her latent psionic abilities blossomed, and the hamlet mysteriously burned to the ground, killing her wicked step-family in a miniature nuclear fireball. Now liberated, she rides about the countryside on a horse made of pyrokinetic flame, using her abilities for good (and the occasional bout of mischief).

Update 10/11/08
Signal9 has (for now) requested to be deModed. Not as embarrassing as being demoted and probably a lot more fun. We hear he's on diaper duty and in charge of crawling detail.

Here ye, here ye!
Please welcome our two new Moderators (assuming I pushed all the right buttons):
DocDubious and Nabiki
Treat them with the same level of respect and adoration that you have showered upon the previous Mods. BWAHAHAHAHAHA!
